ABOUT US (1964 - 2011)

FSC (Five Star Catering) are specialist ice cream and food caterers.

We are a third generation family run business and have successfully traded at shows, events and sites throughout the UK for over forty years. During that time we have built an enviable reputation for professionalism, high standards and quality of service.

The business started from a single van in South London in the 1960s. We are now operating an extensive fleet of modern ice cream units and catering trailers at shows, events and tourist locations all over the country. We also operate a variety of catering outlets at busy tourist locations.

With customer expectations becoming increasingly demanding, the provision of the highest quality food and drinks is paramount to any successfull business.

Five Star Catering operates a quality management system that has gained BS EN ISO 9001 certification. This certification includes aspects specific to mobile contract catering services.

From 2007, the event organiser became responsable for the quality of service and products used at their event. It is therefore vital organisers have the utmost confidence in the contractors they appoint. The ISO 9001 certification gives that assurance.
