These units will provide a lighter, healthier alternative to the typical outdoor catering offers. All sandwiches are freshly prepared daily on site using top quality, locally sourced ingredients including specialty fillings such as salt / roast beef. Bread is baked fresh on site.
Top quality neck pork, supplied from Dingley Dell Farm is slow cooked to make it extremely tender before being ‘pulled’ off the bone to create this new addition to the FSC range. The succulent baby back ribs are served in the American style. Both are served in a brioche bun with condiments.
Our traditional fish and chips unit serve only the freshest fish, supplied directly from Billingsgate Fish Market. Our proprietary batter has a great tasting, crisp and bubbly texture when fried. Served alongside are traditional, thick cut chips and optional sides such as mushy peas, pickled eggs and gherkins.
Our Roosterie unit serves marinaded half or quarter chickens which have been rotisserie oven cooked and finished by being chargrilled. Side orders include corn on the cob, chips and ‘Homeslaw’, which is made on site in the rear kitchen. Chicken breast burgers are also available.
This high-end unit has proven to be incredibly popular with its ‘boutique market’ style pork products. Dingley Dell supply us with great tasting bacon and sausages from pigs reared outdoors at their Suffolk farm. Four specialty sausage varieties are available: cheddar, herb, apple and Cumberland.
