Our Roosterie unit serves marinaded half or quarter chickens which have been rotisserie oven cooked and finished by being chargrilled. Side orders include corn on the cob, chips and ‘Homeslaw’, which is made on site in the rear kitchen. Chicken breast burgers are also available.
